It’s honestly hard to look back at my old self on camera. I didn’t realize
how big I was until the weight actually started coming off. When I
filmed the original version of this video, I was only down about 80 lbs.
Now I’m down almost 120 lbs—strictly meat, strictly diet, no gym and no
formal exercise routine yet.
I’ve held onto my strength and muscle better than I expected, and I’m almost
at the goal weight I set for myself. From here, I’m planning to add
some training—not to lose the weight, but to build more muscle, feel
stronger, and tighten everything up. The diet got me this far. Training
is just the next chapter.
