I started this whole thing with one simple idea: just eat clean. That
idea hasn’t changed. I didn’t follow a fancy program, I didn’t live in
the gym, and I didn’t buy magic pills. I focused on cleaning up my food,
day after day, and a year later I’m down almost 120 lbs with no
structured exercise program—just diet changes and consistency.
This was one of the first videos I ever uploaded when I started carnivore.
You can literally see the difference in my face now compared to back
then. I’ve taken breaks, had to clear my head, struggled with mental
health and motivation—but I never gave up on the basic rule: eat cleaner
than I did yesterday and keep moving forward.
